Clean up messy names with PROPER, TRIM and SUBSTITUTE

The names in column A were typed badly: odd capital letters, extra spaces at the start, middle and end, and underscores where a space should be. In B2, write one formula that cleans the text in A2: underscores become spaces, there is exactly one space between words and none at either end, and every word starts with a capital letter followed by lower case.
