Count working days with NETWORKDAYS and a holiday list

A project runs from the start date in D2 to the end date in E2, both days included. The company holidays are listed in B2:B5. In F2, write a formula that returns the number of working days (Monday to Friday) in that period, leaving out any date in the holiday list.
